TONIGHT Steam & Stillness sauna session at Walled Garden.
Mon, September 28, 2026
8:00 PM
60 minutes

This sauna meditation session will commence with a grounding meditation. The intention is to feel rooted, present, and connected to the body. A lovely ritual to get started.

Followed by a body scan meditation, which will include tension and release, followed by a sensory body scan.

Following on, guests will be guided through an energising meditation where we will include a tapping ritual. Traditional Chinese medicine describes meridians as pathways through which Qi is thought to flow. Tapping along the body can be inspired by these traditions, and we will include this in our very last meditation as a sensory and movement-based ritual.

Benefits of this session will include;

- sense of calmness and relaxation
- increase of oxygen through the body
- feeling grounded, energised and more resilient

One not to be missed!

The Autumn equinox lands this week, the evenings are already getting shorter. This is the time of year people start to hibernate a little. 🍁 Plans get cancelled because it’s dark and cold. Weeknights turn into couch nights. A month goes by and you realise you haven’t properly caught up with anyone.

Autumn / Winter months can get isolating without you noticing.

If you have someone or a group of friends you’ve been meaning to see, book a regular sauna session together, put it in the diary, and make showing up for each other part of your new end of year routine.

What an incredible session! 🔥 Last night was another huge success, we’re still buzzing from the energy in the sauna. So many of our guests were already asking when @aufgussmaster will be back with some even wanting him every week! 🙌

An unforgettable evening at our beautiful Walled Garden site of Aufguss Breath + Balance, with the incredible Sunny Ray.

A very special atmosphere and a sauna full of happy relaxed faces!

We can’t wait for the next one.
