A powerful Sunday morning being taught the Wim Hof method with Senna from @allwaysbreathing at The Hot Box Co. Stepping outside comfort zones, letting it all go in a safe space and discovering just how much strength can be accessed when we learn to breathe, stay present and meet the challenge.

From conscious breathwork, ice cold water immersion, to deep sauna heat, it was a powerful reset, physically, mentally, spiritually and emotionally.

A morning of resilience, release and reconnecting.
