At The Hot Box Co, we offer a peaceful escape into nature where you can relax in our wood-fired saunas, take a cold plunge, and unwind in a serene environment. Whether you’re here for a solo session or with friends, you’ll leave feeling refreshed and revitalised.

Our saunas are open to anyone aged 12 and over. For those under 18, we just ask that you come with an adult to ensure everyone’s safety and comfort.

We recommend bringing: Comfortable clothing Swimwear A towel to sit on in the sauna A towel to dry yourself A water bottle to stay hydrated

Booking is easy! You can schedule your session directly on our website. Simply choose your preferred date and time, and you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details. For ease, click here to book.

We understand plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, simply use the link in your confirmation email, or if you're having trouble, reach out to us via Instagram, WhatsApp at +44 (0)7822 013 144, or email at info@thehotboxco.co.uk. Just a heads-up—cancellations or changes must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid charges.

We ask that you arrive 10 minutes early to get settled. If you’re running late, we’ll do our best to accommodate you, but your session may be shortened to ensure we stay on schedule for other guests.

If you cancel or reschedule more than 48 hours before your booking, you won’t be charged. However, for cancellations or reschedules within 48 hours or no-shows, we won’t be able to offer a refund.

Absolutely! We love hosting group bookings. Just make sure the person making the booking shares our policies with everyone attending, so everyone knows what to expect and can fully enjoy the experience. At the Forest Spa, our private sauna sessions accommodate up to 6 people. If you add the Hot Tub, the group size can increase to 10, though we recommend 6-8 guests for the most comfortable experience.

We recommend removing jewellery before entering the sauna, as the heat can make metal uncomfortable to wear.

Toilets at each site are located in the main buildings, so we suggest using the facilities before your booking to ensure a comfortable experience during your session.

For the safety and comfort of all guests, smoking, vaping, and alcohol are not permitted on-site.

Make sure to stay hydrated, and if possible, shower before your session. Our saunas are wood-fired, and the experience is meant to be clean and refreshing, showers are available for rinsing off afterward.

If swimming is available at your location, it will only be during sessions where we have a lifeguard on-site. Safety first!

If you’ve left something behind, let us know! We’ll hold on to lost items for up to 14 days. Just get in touch via email, and we’ll arrange for you to collect it.

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, here are a few key guidelines to follow during your sauna session: Session Length: We recommend limiting your time in the sauna to 10-15 minutes at a stretch. Feel free to take breaks in between. Water for the Sauna: Please only use the water provided by the sauna host for pouring over the hot rocks. They’ll guide you on how to do this safely. Careful Entry & Exit: Be mindful when entering and exiting the sauna, using the steps and keeping pathways clear for others. Personal Hygiene: Please arrive freshly showered to ensure the best experience. We have showers available for rinsing off afterward. No Lotions or Products: To keep the sauna environment clean and comfortable, please avoid using personal products or lotions inside the sauna.
